The alliance will allow Northwell Health to integrate Canyon Ranch’s resources into its current wellness strategy, said Patricia Flynn, Northwell Health’s assistant vice president of employee wellness. “Our goal is always to create a culture where people can be healthy,” Ms. Flynn said in an interview with Becker’s.
Through the partnership, Northwell will offer clinicians resilience training on numerous topics, including wellness and lifestyle changes.
The initiative will be the first in a series of joint efforts between Northwell and Canyon Ranch. “Having a healthy organization enhances employee engagement, which results in better patient experiences,” Michael Dowling, president and CEO of Northwell Health, said in the release.
