The task force will develop recommendations that advance high-value, person-centered care in the United States. The task force will enlist healthcare experts and leaders to identify opportunities that can improve outcomes and value in care delivery.
Several organizations support the task force, including Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, GlaxoSmithKline and the American Hospital Association.
The task force will begin meeting in April and aim to develop recommendations by the end of 2019.
