National Foundation for Infectious Diseases is Partner in Upcoming Antimicrobial Stewardship Conference

The National Foundation for Infectious Diseases is partnering with Making a Difference in Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy to hold the 2014 Making a Difference in Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Meeting.

The meeting will focus on the status of antimicrobial resistance in the United Sates as well as the importance of training physicians and other healthcare workers in antimicrobial stewardship best practices, according to a news release.

The conference will be held May 29-31 in Orlando, Fla., and will offer continuing education credits for physicians.
