Healthmark Industries is proud to announce Kevin Anderson as their newest Clinical Education Coordinator.
“We are very excited to welcome Kevin to Healthmark Industries,” says Vice President Ralph Basile. “His expert knowledge and management experience in the healthcare field will provide guidance and insight to our product development efforts,” adds Mary Ann Drosnock, Senior Manager of Clinical Education for Healthmark.
Anderson comes to Healthmark Industries with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Kevin was the Manager of Reprocessing Services at Henry Ford Health System. In this role, he had the responsibility of successfully implementing electronic tracking systems, reported quality data and analysis and overall department process improvement.
Kevin’s healthcare career spans more than 15 years in the fields of Sterile Processing and the OR. His unique path to becoming an SPD Manager started with his experience as an OR Nurse. Bringing his knowledge of both departments together has better enhanced the implementation process of reprocessing surgical instruments and equipment.
Kevin holds the licenses of RN and is a Certified Instrument Specialist, Certified Healthcare Leader, Certified Registered Central Service Technician through IAHCSMM, and Certified Surgical Services Manager through CCI.
