Nominations will be accepted in three categories:
- Individual achievement for people who have demonstrated leadership and scholarship in patient safety and healthcare quality
- National-level innovation in patient safety and quality for projects or initiatives that involve successful system changes or interventions that made the healthcare environment safer or advocated on the patient’s behalf
- Local-level innovation in patient safety and quality for projects or initiatives that made an impact on the local community, organization or statewide level.
