TriHealth Physician Partners acquires two OB-GYN practices

Cincinnati-based TriHealth Physician Partners acquired two OB-GYN practices, adding four new physicians to its network of more than 560 physicians, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

The two practices include the three-physician Gynecologic and Obstetric Consultants of Greater Cincinnati and the solo practice of Jennifer Thie, MD, a reproductive endocrinologist and gynecologist.

Both practices will remain at their current locations, but will take on the TriHealth name to be TriHealth Gynecologic and Obstetric Consultants and TriHealth Women’s Services Reproductive Endocrinology, respectively, according to the report.

The financial details of the agreement were not released.
