The 150-bed hospital is more than 100 years old, and it’s affiliation with Brigham and Women’s allows the hospital to provide the academic medical center’s quality of care in its community hospital setting.
“This new name reflects our ever-increasing integration, our commitment to offer a seamless campus to our patients and to redesign care for maximum efficiency and the best possible outcomes,” Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s COO Michael Gustafson, MD, said in the statement.
