The Exigence Group’s current leaders will continue to serve in their current capacities and will additionally assist TeamHealth in developing immediate care center services. Currently, The Exigence Group staffs 12 emergency departments, three hospitalist programs and eight urgent care centers in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.
