The case studies are intended to examine facilitators and barriers to the success of select ACOs, including an overview of the organizations’ market, environmental and organizational contexts. Additionally, selected case studies will examine clinical quality, cost, patient experience and disparities in the ACO.
The foundation is especially interested in the study of ACOs that have developed among safety net providers.
Up to three $400,000 case study projects will be funded for up to 24 months, according to the foundation’s website.
The deadline for submitting a case study proposal is Sept. 5 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
