The new 120-bed facility, expected to open in 2015, will replace ProMedica Lake Park in Sylvania, Ohio.
As part of the agreement, the two organizations will form a quality committee to focus on reducing preventable or unnecessary readmissions and improving patient care and satisfaction at the new facility.
