At least 18 specialists and general practitioners have left the hospital lately due to the unfriendliness, according to the report. Some of the physicians who signed the letter told The Day there is a lack of respect for physicians at L+M.

In response to the letter, the chairman of the board is scheduling meetings with the physicians who endorsed the letter to get a better perspective on their specific concerns, The Day reported.
