Dr. Mazzone previously served in clinical leadership positions at Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center and was also the founding director of the University of Illinois Center for Clinical and Translational Science, the release said.
Dr. Pearson formerly practiced at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.
