Healthcare South includes 26 primary care physicians and pediatricians and 18 nurse practitioners. It is currently affiliated with South Shore Physician Hospital Organization, part of South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth, Mass. Healthcare South chose to align with NEQCA due to the network’s care delivery model and efforts toward improving quality and controlling costs, according to the news release.

Earlier this month, three physician groups renewed their membership in NEQCA for the next four years.
