DuPage Medical Group Acquires Orthopedics Group

Downers Grove, Ill.-based DuPage Medical Group, a multispecialty group with more than 370 physicians, has reached an agreement with M&M Orthopaedics to acquire the Chicagoland 26-physician group.

The orthopedic group will operate as M&M Orthopaedics, a member of DuPage Medical Group, until a new name is announced. M&M physicians will continue to practice in the hospitals they currently serve, according to a news release.

The agreement is expected to close this summer. Terms of the agreement were not released.
