Hillside Family and Community Medicine in Pawtucket, R.I., is a six-physician primary care group. As part of the merger with Coastal Medical, the practice’s new name is Hillside Family Medicine.
South County Family Medicine, a four-physician group in Narragansett, R.I., also joined Coastal Medical. Its new name is Narragansett Family Medicine.
Coastal Medical is part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and recently signed an ACO contract with UnitedHealthcare.
