President Paul Kramer of Children’s Hospital of Illinois to Retire

Paul Kramer, president of Children’s Hospital of Illinois in Peoria, Ill., will be retiring, and Mike Higgins, network development specialist and electronic medical records trainer at Children’s Hospital, will serve as interim president, according to a WJBC news report.

Mr. Kramer has served as president since 1998. Mr. Higgins’ appointment is already effective and may be considered for a full-time, permanent position, according to the news report.
