Catholic Health Services of Long Island Names Lawrence Magras CMO of PHO

Catholic Health Services of Long Island, based in Rockville Centre, N.Y., has named Lawrence Magras, MD, MBA, the medical director of its new physician hospital organization, according to a health system news release.

Dr. Magras will also serve as vice president and assistant medical director for clinical effectiveness, care coordination and physician integration for the health system’s Department of Care Management.

Dr. Magras most recently served as a senior physician executive at Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, Conn.
