According to the course website, the CMO Academy will help current or aspiring CMOs understand healthcare business models and finance, the importance of the reduction of medical errors and improvement of quality and patient safety and the way in which to conduct a meeting that yields better decision making.
Two courses will be offered online and the rest will be taught at the Summer Institute in Seattle.
