8 Mercy Health Physician Offices in Ohio Reach Level 3 PCMH Status

Eight of Cincinnati-based Mercy Health’s physician practices have earned Level 3 patient-centered medical home status under the 2011 qualification guidelines from the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

Level 3 is the highest qualification a PCMH can earn from the NCQA. Mercy Health now has 18 Level 3 PCMHs.
