As of April 1, Cigna added seven new members to its CAC program:
• Atlantic Accountable Care Organization (Morristown, N.J.)
• Cleveland Clinic
• Greater Baltimore Health Alliance
• HealthCare Partners Medical Group (Torrance, Calif.)
• Meritas Health (North Kansas City, Mo.)
• Northwest Physicians Network (Tacoma, Wash.)
• Novant Health (Winston-Salem, N.C.)
With the seven additions, Cigna’s CAC program now covers 650,000 patients, and the insurer is on track to reach its goal of having 100 initiatives covering 1 million customers by 2014.
