Mid Carolina Cardiology, Hawthorne Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeons, Presbyterian Novant Heart & Wellness and Presbyterian Pediatric Cardiology merged to form the new organization. The merger did not affect the practice’s physicians, locations or phone numbers, according to the Charlotte Observer.
According to the report, the merger was effective April 17, the same day Novant Health adopted a strategic branding campaign to tie its facilities under one brand.
