Attached to a 36 Inch nickel-plated ball chain to hang from eye wash stations, the front portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a log for individuals to document weekly maintenance checks of their facilities eye wash station, which includes a space to note the month, date, and initials of the inspector. The back portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a liquid crystal thermometer, along with the recommended water temperature range of 16-38°C (60-100°F).
