Covenant Children’s Hospital in Texas Joins Children’s Hospital Association

Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, part of Lubbock-based Covenant Health, announced its acceptance as an associate member of the Children’s Hospital Association.

The association represents 223 children’s hospitals in addition to other healthcare providers, and is dedicated to promoting children’s healthcare. Covenant Children’s participation in the association provides access to a network of children’s healthcare advocates and resources, according to the release.

The Children’s Hospital Association was formed in 2011 through the collaboration of Child Health Corp. of America, National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions and National Association of Children’s Hospitals.
