The HAI testing market growth will be due to an increased geriatric population, more comprehensive government initiatives to combat HAIs and increased awareness of the danger of HAIs, according to the report.

Currently, the United States and Canada lead the HAI testing market with 41.3 percent of the market share, according to a news release.
