Documentary about antibiotic resistance, health crisis becomes available online

A ground-breaking documentary on antibiotics, called “Resistance,” has been released to rent or purchase on iTunes, Amazon.com, Xbox Video and GooglePlay.

The documentary — which was produced and directed by filmmaker Michael Graziano — showcases how the overuse and mismanagement of mass-produced antibiotics is reaching a potentially catastrophic tipping point.

The film includes interviews with 17 subjects, including health professionals, government officials, victims of antibiotic-resistant infections and animal farmers, to name a few.
