HHC’s Bellevue Hospital and Coney Island Hospital need immediate repairs, including new boilers, new electrical systems, roof repairs and other damage-related fixes, according to the report.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is petitioning the Federal Emergency Management Agency to grant $30 billion for the entire state.
