HCAHPS scores will be included in calculations of value-based incentive payments in CMS’ hospital value-based purchasing program, beginning with discharges in October 2012.

The training sessions, which will be held the week of March 5, include an “Introduction to HCAHPS Training” and “HACHPS Update Training.” All the training sessions will take place through a webinar.
