Cigna Adds Patient Experience Scores to Website

Insurance and health services company Cigna has added patient experience ratings for hospitals nationwide to its online hospital and physician directory to help patients choose the right care facility for them, according to a news release.

The ratings, from Consumer Reports, include an overall hospital rating and whether or not a patient would recommend the hospital to friends and family.

Cigna’s individual, group and public exchange health plan customers may view the ratings using the tool located at myCigna.com, according to the release.
