Under the partnership, Press Ganey’s HPI team will share with CHS proven methods for building and sustaining a culture of safety and high reliability. According to Patrick M. O’Shaughnessy, DO, executive vice president and system CMO of CHS, the partnership will help CHS continue providing patients with safe, high-quality, compassionate care.
“Zero harm is the only acceptable goal when it comes to patient safety,” said Dr. O’Shaughnessy. “On our path toward zero events of harm, our partnership with the HPI team will assist in our journey to sustain a culture of safety and better serve our patients and their families.”
