Beebe Healthcare is partnering with ThriveAP, a national organization that provides education to advanced practice clinicians — including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse midwives — as they transition into clinical practice.
Through the three-year partnership, Beebe’s advanced practice clinicians will participate in evidence-based training, including weekly education sessions on clinical decision-making, specialty-specific topics and the latest evidence-based guidelines.
With a growing physician shortage and an aging population, advanced practice clinicians are playing an increasingly critical role in healthcare delivery, the health system said. Beebe’s collaboration with ThriveAP aims to strengthen clinician development, improve patient access and enhance overall patient care.
