APIC releases construction and renovation project manual for healthcare facilities

For healthcare facilities, infection control begins when the structure itself is built or renovated. The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology has released its Infection Prevention Manual for Construction & Renovation manual, which offers tips for preventionists during facility construction.
