6 resources for Patient Experience Week

Patient Experience Week is an annual event created by The Beryl Institute in 2014 that celebrates healthcare staff making a difference in patient experience every day. This year, it runs April 27 through May 1.

To help hospitals and health systems celebrate PX Week, The Beryl Institute put together several resources, including:

  • Sample press releases
  • “I am the Patient Experience” card template
  • A list of suggested events for throughout the week
  • Themed items hospitals can purchase as giveaways, prizes and gifts

Other organizations also offer resources to help provider organizations celebrate PX Week. For example, Medline will host webinars on designing the patient experience and also update its blog throughout the week with features about patient experience.
