The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day mortality rates from pneumonia, according to data from CMS.

Information was pulled from Hospital Compare and is from July 2012 through June 2015, the most recent data available.

All of the hospitals on this list have a 30-day pneumonia mortality rate of 12.1 percent or less. For reference, the national average is 16.3 percent.
