5 Cedars-Sinai Patients Infected via Tears in Surgeon’s Gloves

Five heart surgery patients at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles were infected due to tears in the surgeon’s gloves, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

The five patients were diagnosed with endocarditis in June.
