The new board members are:
- Jonathan Perlin, MD, PhD, president of clinical services and CMO of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare
- Jack Resneck, MD, professor and vice chair of dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco
- Cristie Upshaw Travis, CEO of the Memphis Business Group on Health
