’10 flu commandments’: Parody video channels ‘Hamilton’ musical to encourage flu shots

Physicians from Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine brought out their inner Broadway stars in a new video to encourage children and adults alike to get vaccinated this flu season.

Scott Goldstein, MD, a physician within the Northwestern Children’s Practice, stars in the video called Alabster Fluminton, a nod the hit musical “Hamilton”, which opened a run in Chicago this week.

In it, Dr. Goldstein and other providers encourage patients to not throw away their shot and get the flu vaccine in October.
