The nursing home has completed several weeks of “guided remediation practices” and training, including the implementation of an updated emergency preparedness plan, according to the April 28 report. The facility also has a new interim administrator, new interim director of nursing, new housekeeping supervisor and a dietary manager.
Two residents were found dead and two more were hospitalized after a wellness check at the facility in January. The state ruled the nursing home put its residents in immediate jeopardy after failing to enact an emergency plan March 15.
