Rehab hospital snags $38M financing to start construction

A proposed rehab hospital in Bradenton, Fla., secured $38 million in financing to begin construction, the Business Observer reported May 13.

The 60-bed rehabilitation hospital will be managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners. The funding was secured through a loan from Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., a real estate company.

There is no immediate timeline for the project.
