Rock Hill, S.C.-based Providence Care has appointed Werner Freymann Jr. as CEO.
Mr. Freymann previously served as senior vice president of Bonita Springs, Fla.-based Discovery at Home, according to a Dec. 10 news release from Providence Care.
Providence Care provides home-based post-acute and end-of-life care across South Carolina and Georgia, the release said.
