Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health broke ground Aug. 4 on an $85 million rehabilitation hospital, WECT News 6 reported.
Novant Health New Hanover Rehabilitation Hospital, an inpatient physical rehabilitation facility in Wilmington, will have 60 beds and will nearly double the capacity of Novant’s current physical rehabilitation hospital.
It is expected to open in early 2028.
