North Carolina hospital taps post-acute leader

Statesville, N.C.-based Iredell Memorial Hospital named Tracie Faircloth, MSN, RN, director of hospital-based skilled nursing facility.

In this role, she will oversee the 48-bed facility located inside the hospital, according to a Feb. 4 hospital news release. Previously, Ms. Faircloth served as interim director for the unit.

Ms. Faircloth has nursing experience in cardiology, hospice and skilled nursing.
