Maryland-based nonprofit Superior Living Foundation has acquired 14 skilled nursing facilities in East Texas valued at $250.2 million.
The transaction was finalized March 11, according to a March 20 news release from the organization.
The seller will continue to operate the facilities under the terms of the acquisition, the release added.
