Investment firm buys Florida rehab hospital for $48M

Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Jacksonville (Fla.) sold to a real estate investment firm for $48.75 million, Jacksonville Daily Record reported Aug. 13.

The 48-bed inpatient physician rehab facility was bought by Milwaukee, Wisc-based Hammes Partners on Aug. 12. The hospital is managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners.
