Ensign expands post-acute portfolio in 3 states

The Ensign Group has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions of four post-acute care facilities across Arizona, Colorado and Kansas. 

The acquisitions were effective Dec. 1, according to three news releases from Ensign. 

Ensign Group invests in and provides skilled nursing and older adult living services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, and other rehabilitative and healthcare services, the releases said. 

The latest acquisitions were of:

  • Edgewater Health and Rehabilitation (Lakewood, Colo.)

  • The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood (Wheat Ridge, Colo.)

  • Santa Rosa Care Center (Tucson, Ariz.)

  • Willow Point Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (Kansas City, Kan.)
