Delaware inpatient rehab facility acquired for $23.5M

The PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover (Del.) has been acquired for $23.5 million by real estate investment firm Sila Realty Trust. 

The hospital was built in 2019 as a joint venture between Enola, Pa.-based PAM Health and Dover, Del.-based Bayhealth Medical Center, according to an April 17 news release from Sila.

The 34-bed facility offers inpatient and outpatient care, physical and occupational therapy, speech and cognitive treatment, the release said.
