The awards program will take place at the AHCA/NCLA convention Oct. 6-9.
Here are the assisted living facilities and professionals being honored:
- Alice Smith from Highland Park Care Center & Highland Park Assisted Living in Alliance, Neb., will receive the AHCA Leader of the Year Award.
- Rick Baldini from Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation in Kenosha, Wis., will receive the AHCA Noble Caregiver Award.
- Ami Mendez from Avista Senior Living North Mountain in Phoenix will receive the NCAL Leader of the Year Award.
- Jayden Chandler from Rock Creek of Ottawa (Kan.) will receive the NCAL Noble Caregiver Award.
- Gail Sheridan, Executive Vice President of Lifespark Senior Living in St. Louis Park, Minn., will receive the Jan Thayer Pioneer Award.
- Lofland Park Center in Seaford, Del., and Libby Care Center of Cascadia in Libby, Mont., will receive the Gold-Excellence in Quality Award.
