Prince George’s County fire and emergency medical services responded to Hillhaven Assisted Living Nursing Center in Adelphi around 9:33 a.m., officials told WJLA.
Officials said 18 residents and 10 staff members were evaluated on site and two were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening conditions.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services fire and suppression crews assisted with ventilation of the building.
