KGW reports the $50 million facility will include a two-story health clinic with the capacity to serve 3,000 patients annually, transitional and permanent housing, and employment resources. The health clinic will primarily offer recovery care, mental health services and primary care, according to the report.
Construction workers broke ground on the project Monday, and the clinic is expected to open in 2019.
