Atlanta police looking for missing CDC population health leader

Atlanta police officers are investigating the disappearance of Dr. Timothy Cunningham, team lead for the CDC's division of population health, who was last seen leaving work Feb. 12, according to a report from FOX 5.

Dr. Cunningham, a 35-year-old epidemiologist and alumni of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, left work Feb. 12 after telling supervisors he was feeling ill. His family found his phone, wallet and vehicle at his home.

"Tim is the consummate professional," said Anterio Cunningham, Dr. Cunnigham's brother. "He loves his job. He wouldn't just cast it aside. He's worked hard to get where he is."
