10 most healthy cities for people with disabilities

For people managing a disability who are searching for a new city to call home, factors such as the cost of physician visits, physicians and hospitals per capita and quality of public health systems are crucial, according to a recent report from WalletHub.

Looking at these factors — as well as average per-person health insurance premium, nurse quality and percentage of uninsured people — WalletHub assigned 150 U.S. cities a healthcare rank for people with disabilities.

According to the report, the 10 best cities for people with disabilities, in regards to healthcare, are:

1. Overland Park, Kan.

2. Baltimore, Md.

3. Oklahoma City

4. St. Paul, Minn.

5. San Jose, Calif.

6. Irvine, Calif.

7. Wichita, Kan.

8. Des Moines, Iowa

9. Minneapolis

10. Lincoln, Neb.
